This is freaking amazing pressing, not a thing in the way of the beautiful Jamiroquai sound. As modern pressing go this has to be one of the best I've heard, nice and clear across the mid and lows like evowhite777 says and JK's voice is placed just right in this mix. As for the music and artwork, cool as always.

Turntable:Rega P3
Cartridge:Denon DL103r
Phono Stage:Whest Audio TWO.2
This as stated is a TWO disc edition of this wonderful LP so has Excellent dynamics throughout.
Highs mids and LOWS are Outstanding for a modern day reissue, disc are not the usual 180g,but
140g which some will prefer. No surface noise issues on my two discs and they are completely flat.
Even on most modest systems you`ll be able to appreciate the quality of this pressing,so if you`re
a fan, lover of funk, acid jazz etc. pay your money and ENJOY!
Five Stars Highly Recommended*****
Music:5.0.

This is definitely the best version, considering it’s the only release with 2 discs. Which means you can get better sound quality overall.
Mix and mastering are on point.
Top notch! 💯 -
Does anyone else have distortion (maybe inner groove distortion) on “You Give Me Something?”
Otherwise, it’s a pretty good pressing. -
This pressing fuckin' rips. I haven't heard a single pop and all the instrumentals are clear as hell.

Pressing quality is superb, and the sonics are beautifully full and lush - it will give your subwoofer a workout. Despite its wonderfully potent low-end, it's still balanced. This album has a number of standout tracks and has earned status amongst essential Jamiroquai in my mind. This reissue does it justice.

Edited 2 years agoI've recently got reacquainted with Jamiroquai after many years. I grew up listening to Jay Kay and bought his albums but lost interest at the point of Travelling Without Moving which commercially exploded. Jay Kay never seemed to be out of the newspapers for acting like a drunken dickhead and it turned me off the music. Well I bought this album and absolutely blown away. It's a stonewall classic, and its a great pressing to boot.

Great sounding record. Also love that they made sure the artwork was redone properly from the CD to Vinyl so that its not pixellated like some reissues. Clean, clear and bumpy record. Love that I didn't have to fork over $$$ for an original pressing.

I'll confirm that this pressing is brilliant, as everyone has said. It really is a good 'un, but if you are wondering what is different about this release over the original press, well:
A) The cover art shows Jay in the pose used on the original CD release, not the pose used on the original vinyl release
B) different artwork on inner sleeves,
C) different labels on the records
D) a previously 'hidden' bonus track, 'So Good To Feel Real', has its own credit (originally, it followed on from 'Picture Of My Life'.
