This album is an absolute winner! Glorious sound super quiet and the vinyl is flat. Looks fantastic in Orange. A brilliant Sunday chillout record to listen too. -

Playing a fresh orange copy now and it sounds excellent! Nice, quiet vinyl, not necessarily super hifi or dynamic, giving it a classic-sounding, warm, rich, laid-back, yet groovy sound. Next to no static pops, and extremely minor warpage that seems to have no affect on sound. Yeah, nice pressing this copy. -

My copy had a bit of non-fill noise on the opening track-- pretty negligible and mostly fine everywhere else... BUT WHAT AN INCREDIBLE ALBUM. This will become a classic soul album. It's good beyond words. It uses retro elements to create songs rooted in the here and now. It's both timeless and timely. The mark of a classic. I've ordered the purple vinyl special edition-- reviews over there look more promising. -
Great music, unfortunately...the record is warped upwards to one side. It even almost touches the stylus when not on record. This is becoming to be the norm with some new releases! Not acceptable. Went back to the store and ordered another one. Let us see if that one will be better...
