More S/N than to be expected and the low-end feels thin. Sounds great other than that, but not an elite pressing, IMHO.

Edited one month agoOutstanding! This is just perfect. I’m so happy to have this and it sounds incredible! The only problem I have is that it skips a little bit in the title track. I also thought the David coughing in the title track was removed in the reissues but I don’t mind it. This is a great copy for a masterpiece of an album. WYWH is one of the greatest albums of all time in my opinion.

Probably the best sounding record in my collection. Not sure why more records can't seem to achieve this. Whisper quiet and perfect dynamics.

Amazing pressing! The soundstage is so clean and clear for this one. I have to turn it up at some parts, but the sound is so crisp and clean. Great remaster of a classic Floyd album!

What an incredible pressing. So alive and bright and full. It was like hearing “Wish You Were Here” for the first time. Floored me. This is why we collect vinyl, this is why we put up with such a fussy format, this is why we love music.

Yes what the other commenters say is true. Most of us haven’t heard the original pressing but we aren’t sad cause this one is excellent! Great full dynamic sound and the record itself is quiet as a mouse. My press does however have some surface noise during the fade in at the start of the album but I still couldn’t be happier!

I like this, and I honestly like all the recent BG cuts and I would totally take them over the early US pressings despite being digitally cut. I compared this to the US and Japanese Half-Speed Master, and a first US Pressing. By far, this is better than the first and second US pressings I compared with; however, a tier below the half speed master.
Overall, I highly recommend this reissue, and by far, it is the best value you can get
