Reviews

Please don't misunderstand me--I think Steve Reich is a consummate musical genius. But having put "Come Out" on a mono cassette for mobile listening back in the early '70s, and finding it even more apparent in the digital realm, does anyone feel as I do that the first five "Come out..." iterations are superfluous, apparently being part of his trying to bring the first two tapes in sync?
