Notes

Second New Zealand version:
• Rim text with "made in New Zealand"
• Red and green labels. (Whilst most red/green Virgin labels have a green A-side, here the A-side is red.)
The sleeve differs from the UK issue, although it has no New Zealand markings:
• Front sleeve states "Paul Cook" on the left hand side instead of "Paul & Steve".
• Front sleeve is printed in process magenta and cyan: the 'popcorn box' stripes are more pink than red.
• On the back sleeve, Bambi is coloured grey on a blue background.
An earlier version exists with blue and white Virgin labels.

The Red & Green label version is the 2nd pressing. The 1st issues had the earlier Blue & White Virgin labels.
