While it is not the clearest pressing, I love the dynamics on this record. The use of the stereo sound is excellent, really enjoy the bouncing sound to this album. Only version I've owned.

I am sure there are better pressing, but for the price, a good copy will definitely bring you back 40 years ago and the music hasn’t lost any of its superb!

Edited 2 months agoThis is really good. Although 2016 remastered also sounds good but the bass is really strange.
German pressing sounds widely and more open than remastered. And definitely not sounding like a bunch of compressed MP3 or brickwalled CD as 2016 pressing imo.
Edit: This is cut by 320 (PolyGram’s German plant, owned by Universal then) which is famous for making good records. -
I also have the 1st UK pressing (FIXH11) and must say this German pressing is pretty much inferior to it, much less detailed and a bit muddy compared to the 1st pressing. -

Like others said: wonderful pressing, warm and dynamic sound. I got a nm pressing for 4€ and I’m very happy. :) -
This German press sounds really good, with a rich and dynamic sound. Mine is a little bit warped and this makes the last track on side A - Push - sound a bit distorted. Overall, it sounds perfect =)
