Excellent pressing, absolutely perfect. I already had the Back on Black which was already very good, but this is a tiny bit better in of mastering and vinyl quality.

Incredibly clean and quiet remaster. The almost cavernous soundstage is perfect for this early, Black Metal-influenced Opeth record. The early Opeth albums never had the best production, but this remaster makes the record shine in a way like I've never heard before. Absolutely revelatory, and a must-own if you're a fan of this band. -
Perfect, flat, quiet, no pops. Crystal clear. Just perfection. Great packaging too

Edited 11 months agoPerfect sounding version of this Opeth's masterpiece. High quality pressing, silent, without any click or undesirable noise anywhere through the four sides. I have the original CD and this vinyl is a clear improvement. So much happy with it. -
Excellent release. Quality sleeve & artwork. The short essay inside is a nice touch. Vinyl is defect free and sounding amazing. Hoping for Damnation, Deliverance, and Heritage releases next with this same quality! -
Overall better presentation than my Back on Black pressing. Beautiful packaging, flat vinyl. Very happy with this release. Likely the best sounding version of this on vinyl!
