All the 2020 represses have the exact same songs as Apocalyptic Raids 1990 A.D. (original songs + Death Metal compilation songs) that is listed as a separate compilation release here on Discogs. So either Apocalyptic Raids 1990 A.D. is a repress of Apocalyptic Raids and not a separate compilation or then the 2020 represses of Apocalyptic Raids are actually represses of Apocalyptic Raids 1990 A.D.

Edited 4 years agoThe FOUNDATION of extreme metal music along with Venom, Bathory, Sodom, Kreator and Destruction's first albums. All Hail those olden days ! All hail the old raw glory ! Never forget the sparks that ignited the flames that still grow today. Never equaled (even by the creators) often copied.

Recorded in the obvious intention to produce the most frightening piece of Black Metal ever (...Uh!) this EP walks the line between sheer dilettantism and weird genius. Despite devastating critics it certainly shows some kind of unique, naive artistry and grew surprisingly popular within the punk and dark wave scenes.
