Our hours of operation are Tuesday-Sunday 12-6pm; orders are processed Tues-Sat. Orders placed on Mondays will be processed on Tuesdays; orders placed after 9am on Saturdays & on Sundays will be sent to the post office on Tuesdays.

We ship all our items in whiplash mailers. We do NOT remove records from outer sleeves unless requested. Happy to accommodate special requests though, just ask! We can't be held liable for carrier mishandling.
We're an independent record store with a physical storefront location. We are work to take listings off of Discogs as soon as it sells in shop but sometimes it could take up to 24 hours to get it off. If a record is purchased that sold in the shop, a refund will be send right away. Thanks for understanding! We don't take items off the floor until they are paid for.
Most albums are visually graded. We will only play test or send photos of USED records valued at $40 or higher. Please do not request photos of records under that amount or new records.
All our new product comes straight from a distributor or artist. These items will be listed as Mint for media and NM for cover. We are a physical store so these albums are in our bins, being moved around by customers. We store all our vinyl in heavy plastic sleeves to minimize any corner dings but hey, it happens.
No returns for records sent sealed and buyer opened. Since it is sealed we can't confirm color of vinyl or exact pressing.
Price tags might be slightly different than Discogs pricing because it costs us more to sell on here.
