Payment

Grading

• Sealed Records: All factory-sealed records are rated as MEDIA = MINT. We are not responsible for the playback quality of sealed LPs. If there is an issue with the playback quality, we advise ing the label or artist directly.
Please be reminded that our NEW & SEALED vinyl inventory is sealed, and we have not seen the actual disc or viewed the dead wax. We strive to list correctly every title based on information from a distributor, hype stickers and any other method to assure accuracy. We will correct any order that does not match the listing and ask your patience in case of an error.
• Near Mint (NM or M-) Vinyl: A nearly perfect record. A NM- record has more than likely never been played, and the vinyl will play perfectly, with no imperfections during playback. The record should show no obvious signs of wear.
• Photos of Used Records: Many items have original photos of the albums posted to the item on our website. You can also request photos of used albums that are over $20.

• Shipping Costs: All items are shipped via Media Mail, using protective mailers to safeguard LPs from corner dings and shipping damage. Most items ship within 1-2 business days.
• Shipping Damage: The seller is not responsible for damage occurring during transit, such as seam splits. We always do our best to pack items securely to prevent shipping issues.
• Special Shipping Requests: All factory-sealed LPs ship as such. If you prefer your LPs to be opened and shipped with the LP outside of the jacket to prevent seam splits, please inform us in advance.
• Shipping Days: We ship on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. If your order comes in on an 'off day,' it will be mailed on the next shipping day.
• Shipping Speed: Select your shipping speed at checkout. If you select and pay for Media Mail, please don't send a message to ask us to change your shipping speed.

Insurance

• Insurance for Fragile Items: Normal USPS “media mail” does NOT come with insurance. Buyers are strongly encouraged to request and purchase shipping insurance in addition to the postage price for orders containing valuable and fragile items to mitigate the risk of damage during shipping. If you desire insurance, please request it BEFORE paying for your invoice so we can include insurance in your shipping costs.
• Seller's Non-Liability: The seller explicitly disclaims any responsibility for damage incurred during shipping. Notably, USPS Media Mail, our primary shipping method, does not include any insurance coverage.
• Buyer's Assumption of Responsibility: Buyers declining insurance acknowledge and assume full responsibility for any potential damage during shipping. The seller's responsibility concludes when the item is handed over to the shipping carrier.
• Insurance Coverage Selection: It is the buyer's responsibility to request and pay for insurance based on the value and fragility of the purchased items.
• Claims Process Guidance: In the unfortunate event of damage, buyers must follow the claims process provided by the shipping carrier and the chosen insurance coverage. The seller will cooperate as necessary to facilitate the buyer's claim.

Returns

• Return Policy: If an issue arises, please inform us within 14 days of receipt. Orders beyond 14 days are deemed final. Our primary goal is your satisfaction. If you are discontented for any reason, we will collaborate with you to resolve it satisfactorily and in accordance with these of sale. Alternatively, we will accept the record back provided it is in the same condition as when shipped. Should there be an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs. In cases where no error is found on our part, the buyer will bear the return shipping expenses. All items may be returned for any reason, postmarked within two weeks of receipt. Non-defective returns (i.e., change of mind) will receive a refund of the initial sale price excluding the shipping charge, subject to a 4% restocking fee to cover unrecoverable PayPal fees. Defective returns, and grading dispute returns within the US will be refunded for the entire order cost including initial shipping charges. We do not cover return shipping costs for any returns.
• Sealed Items: Sealed items are presumed mint, but vinyl has not been play tested. Your satisfaction is guaranteed, and we stand behind every item we sell. Returns are accepted. Item should be returned in brand new, sealed condition as it was sent. If opened we will accept and charge a 15% restocking fee. If damaged in shipping, restocking fee will be waived. It is buyers responsibility to pay for return shipping.
• Return Shipping Charges: The buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges, and returns must be received before a refund is issued.
• Communication: Once an order is placed, all correspondence must be made through the Discogs order page.
