- TOUTE ERREUR D'APPRECIATION SUR L'ETAT DU VINYLE OU DE LA POCHETTE POURRA ETRE DISCUTEE DANS LA MESURE OU NOUS AVONS DES PHOTOS A L'APPUI QUI JUSTIFIERAIENT VOTRE MÉCONTENTEMENT.
- NOUS NE POUVONS, PAR CONTRE, PAS ÊTRE TENUS RESPONSABLES POUR UN PROBLEME CONCERNANT L'ETAT D'UN VINYLE NEUF SOUS CELLOPHANE.

Nous ne pouvons être tenu responsable des problèmes qui surviennent lors de la livraison ou en cas de non-livraison des colis. Les frais de port ne pourront pas être remboursés lors de problèmes de livraison ou de non livraison. Quand l'acheteur sélectionne un envoi par "Mondial Relay", il doit bien préciser les coordonnées du relais dans lequel il souhaite recevoir son colis. A défaut, l'envoi ne pourra pas être fait.

RETURN / REFUND POLICY :

- ALL ERRORS MADE OVER THE YEAR, THE LABEL, THE ORIGIN, THE EDITION, THE AUTHOR, THE TITLE OF A RECORD ON OUR SHOP IS FULLY REFUNDABLE AND WILL BE REFUNDED SHIPPING COSTS INCLUDED (THIS MEANS INITIAL SHIPPING FEES AND NOT RETURN SHIPPING FEES WHICH SHOULD BE PAID BY THE BUYER).
- ANY ERROR ON THE CONDITION OF THE VINYL OR COVER CAN BE DISCUSSED AS LONG AS WE HAVE ING PHOTOS TO JUSTIFY YOUR DISSATISFACTION.
- WE CANNOT HOLD THE RESPONSIBILITY ABOUT THE CONDITION OF SEALED MINTED RELEASE.

We can't hold the responsibility in case of damage with the delivery or if, for any reason, in case of no delivery of our parcel. The shipping fees won't be refund for any problem of delivery (or problem of no-delivery). When the buyer choose "Mondial Relay", he has to let us know in which Mondial Relay he wants the parcel to be delivered. Without this information, the shipping couldn't be done.

Les envois peuvent se faire par voie postale (partout dans le monde) ou par Mondial Relay (là où cela est disponible). Veillez à bien choisir le mode d'envoi que vous souhaitez lorsque vous commandez. Si vous choisissez Mondial Relay, merci d'indiquer le point relais où vous souhaitez être livré.
Un retrait directement en boutique (située à Beauvais) est aussi possible. Merci de nous er à ce sujet.
Lorsqu'un certain montant de commande est atteint (variable suivant les destinations), les frais de port sont offerts. Dans ce cas, le mode d'envoi par défaut sera forcément Mondial Relay s'il est disponible ou par voie postale (uniquement si Mondial Relay n'est pas possible).

Deliveries can be operated by postal service (worldwide) or Mondial Relay (where it exists). Please take care to the delivery way you choose while ordering. If you choose Mondial Relay, please let us know which pick up you want the parcel to be delivered in.

Beyond an amount (it varies depending on the destination), free shipping is offered. In this case, Mondial Relay will be the delivery way chosen (when available), or postal services (only when Mondial Relay is not available)
