EXCITING ANNOUNCEMENT MAY 2024! I have learned that many of you buy oldies but goodies, especially Various Artists compilation CDs. So starting today, the next 100 or so items that I list will fit into that category. I will have a number of the AM Gold series coming up, some Billboard Top Hits CDs, some of the Rhino Super Hits of the 70s, and MANY other items. UPDATE: I HAVE NOW FINISHED THAT PROMISED 100 OR SO OLDIES CDS, SO I WILL RETURN TO MY USUAL VARIETY. BUT I WILL ALWAYS REMAIN A GREAT SOURCE FOR THE AWESOME MUSIC FROM THE 50S TO THE 90S, SO I HOPE YOU WILL VISIT OFTEN TO SEE WHAT I HAVE TO OFFER IN THAT GENRE AND JUST ABOUT ANY OTHER YOU CAN THINK OF.

Please be advised that I am now listing vinyl LPs as well as CDs. I will most likely continue to focus mainly on CDs but until further notice, my shipping rates and policies for CDs will also apply to LPs, so see below for those .

1) I will ship any size order of $74.99 or less, regardless of number of items or weight, to any address within the US, for a flat fee of $5.00, using USPS Media Mail. I have changed my setting to reflect this change and your shipping should now be automatically calculated accordingly, so as to eliminate any need for shipping refunds or credits.

2) Any US order of $75.00 or more ships for free, regardless of the number or size of the items.

3) I am willing to ship internationally, but of course there are wide variations in those costs, based on the country and the size of the package. As a blanket policy, I am quoting $20.95 in US funds as my ANTICIPATED cost for shipping a single CD or LP to any country. On a case by case basis, If I should learn from my post office that the actual amount to ship any given single item is within $3.00 of that amount, I will ship it on the spot without any further dialogue or with the buyer, even if it means paying overage myself. If the cost difference is more than $3.00, I will A) refund the difference to the buyer in cases when the item was shipped for less than $17.95, or B) I will reserve the right to pay the excess amount out of pocket, or I will delay shipment of the item until I can inform the buyer of the difference and request that they pay the actual amount. If the buyer elects not to pay the actual shipping cost and requests a cancellation, I will cooperate and refund their original payment. For any international order that is larger than a single item, it shall be understood that the automated shipping cost quoted by Discogs is just an estimate until the actual cost can be verified. In those cases, I will package the order and make a post office visit to determine the actual cost and follow the same guidelines as described for single items. Meaning a refund of $3.00 or more will be credited back to the buyer when appropriate; or I will pay an excess amount myself at my discretion, possibly even when it exceeds the above-described $3.00 difference; or I will bring the subject up for discussion so the buyer can decide to pay the excess amount or request a cancellation and refund. In all cases, if a buyer agrees to pay the necessary shipping amount over and above what they initially paid when placing the order, the order will ship the same day or next business day once the appropriate amount has been credited to my PayPal .

4) Like everyone, Paypal is my preferred method of payment.

5) Please understand that I make every attempt to list the correct version of all my listings by studying the catalog number, barcode, release date, country of origin, etc. but there are MANY variations to some items and I have found that sometimes a buyer is looking for a very precise pressing of a given item. Please do not hesitate to ask questions in advance before placing an order if it can help us avoid having to deal with a misunderstanding or return.
