LOCAL PICKUP
Our online inventory is not items on the store floor for sale but are in the building. You can create an order and select local pickup w your shipping options to pick it up in the store. We are open everyday 12-8. Please pay through the discogs interface not in-store. For most expedient service, upon arrival please have the last 5 digits (the numbers after the dash) of your order number handy to quickly reference/grab your order.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
All orders in the USA are FREE SHIPPING with the purchase of $60 or more!
$6 Flat rate shipping otherwise.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All shipping rates are automatically calculated by Discogs. It's all calculated by weights of the items.

QUALITY GUARANTEE AND RETURN POLICY
All of our items are guaranteed. If you have any concern we have no issue working together on a mitigated amount upto and including a full refund. In the event the item is of high value or we would like it back for our internal improvement process we may want the record back. For domestic customers, a shipping label will be sent to you to print off and tape back on the package with postage paid. For international customers, we engage with you to handle what is needed in the given scenario. We are here to work with you and will never stick you with something you do not want. If it is determined that a return will be necessary we will refund the item and the return shipping at point of receipt of the product.

GRADING/LISTING NOTES
NM Record/CD- Unplayed but open. Only applicable scenario
NM Sleeve w M Record- Sealed record but with shrink exposure. Only applicable scenario
Clean Copy- This references that a VG+ graded record is more NM than VG+. Generally w a very few amount of plays but not unplayed
Company Sleeve- 12" single w the original label sleeve it came with. Anything w identifiers that are unique to the origin of the release are sleeves that are graded.
OG Inner- All inner sleeves unique to the original release
All inserts are listed. While it can happen in error, if an insert is not listed expect it is not contained within that listing.
Sleeve Notes- Spine/edge/ringwear, stains, cuts, punches, splits, creases, warpage

SHIPPING SCHEDULE AND RULES
Schedule- We pick/ship every Monday and Thursday. If you create an order after 7:00 AM EST on a shipping day, it will be handled on the next shipping cycle. If you have expedited needs please reach out.
All orders ship from the DISCOGS address. If an alternate address is needed please communicate that within the order page.
All single orders receive 2 pads.
All single LP orders over $30, and all single 7" orders over $50 will be packed w 6 pads and 8 pads respectively.
All LPs over $50 are double boxed w a single mailer inside a pizza box. All 7's over $100 will be double boxed similarly.
We do not open sealed records
We do not remove CD cases
Reasonable additional requests will be accommodated.

PRIORITY SHIPPING
Domestic- There will be an automated message post payment that will communicate steps for priority. $10 for single item. Multiple items email
International- Priority shipping is an option in your cart and calculates automatically

SLEEVING POLICY
At $10 and up- An item is put in a poly sleeve and all OG Inners are replaced w paper inners. All records will be behind the sleeve unless it's a gatefold it will be in between or a larger pocket single sleeve. In a large pocket sleeve, records will ship within sleeve to protect the spine of the pocket.

SEALED RECORD/CD CASE REMOVAL POLICY
We do not open sealed records before shipment. We do not take CDs out of cases before shipment. No exceptions.

BRAZIL RECORD HANDLING POLICY
Due to the tropics, even unplayed records have dirt residue that can make sound in playback but easily cleaned. As an overall policy, all records from Brazil get washed in an Ultrasonic VPI Cleaning Tank in an attempt to get optimal play through the media. All poly inners are thrown out and replaced w paper inner sleeves.

DISCOUNTS
In fairness to our other customers, we do not do discounts on our items. As a volume based seller we offer our records competitively in an attempt to give every record a home and discount our inventory periodically, repeatedly until it sells. There's a lot of great records to be had for very little money- many times at a loss to get it out the door. Thank you for your understanding.

Also- The likelihood of getting a discount v. being banned is proportional to the amount of labor invested a priori negotiation proposition.

CANCELLATION POLICY
All orders are subject to cancellation 7 days after placing an order without payment. Please us if there is an issue.

INTERNATIONAL PACKAGE INSURANCE POLICY
All of our international shipments are insured.

All lost/damaged packages require a claims process detailed below for a refund.

LOST PACKAGES- A claim for a lost item can be filed if the package is not received within 45 days from the ship date.
DAMAGED PACKAGES- A claim for a damaged item can be filed immediately with photo evidence. All photos should be sent to [email protected]. Please include order number in the subject of the email.

ALL CLAIMS requires an e-signature from the buyer on a affidavit sent to the email provided on your discogs . Once returned a decision is made in 7-10 business days. Once approved your refund will be ed on regardless if the item shows up in the future or not.
