PLEASE NOTE: We are NOT liable for any damages/loss caused during transit - Should this be a concern, please opt for an alternate shipping service, or add insurance to your order.

The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. All shipping is determined by weight - domestic usually starting at $6.50, with heavier orders to be determined at the time of purchase. Shipping quotes may be adjusted once an order is placed due to ever-changing shipping costs - if you have questions, PLEASE ASK. Please note that we are a small Mom and Pop shop, and ship as quickly as possible - but usually pack up on Tuesdays and Fridays. Damage does happen during transit sometimes, so please take note of the additional shipping options below if this is a concern for you. In the event of damage accrued during travel to your destination, we are unable to provide refunds for problems caused via shipping service (i.e. USPS). If there is an issue due to packaging, please let us know. Should you have special circumstances or need your order rushed, don't hesitate to reach out to us! Shipping options:

- Media Mail via USPS: in normal circumstances 2-9 day delivery time frame, and the cheapest.
- Media Mail via USPS w/insurance up to your order value: same delivery time frame, but usually $2-3 more to add $50+ dollars of insurance should your package arrive damaged.
- Priority Mail via USPS: typically 1-3 day delivery (we haven’t seen much of a delay on these ship times), starting around $8 pending weight. Included $50 insurance already, with the option to add more.
- UPS Ground: typically 1-5 day delivery time, starts around $12.50, and comes with $100 insurance.

We know this seems like a lot of information, but we felt as though it was best to supply all options to ensure that you are able to receive your order in a safe and timely manner. Should you have any questions, please feel free to let us know!

ITEM AVAILABILITY:
We are a brick & mortar store and naturally prone to human error, sometimes an item you ordered may no longer be available. We know it sucks, we don’t like telling you the thing you want isn’t available, believe us. In this event we will do our best to be prompt with either a complete refund OR a substitution offer. We greatly appreciate your understanding if this occurs.

RETURNS:
Obviously mistakes happen — sometimes we make a mistake choosing the listing for an album, or maybe the grading isn’t accurate. We do our best to make sure all customers are happy with their order, but — we are a handful of individuals who love records working every day. We’re not Amazon. If you have an issue with your purchase and need to return:
- You have two weeks (14 days) from delivery date to report any issues
- Once a return has been initiated, you have 7 days to put the item(s) in the mail, packed securely as we packed them for you, and to give us a tracking number confirming it is in transit back to us.
- If your order was shipped Media Mail, it must be returned Media Mail
- You will receive a refund once the item has been returned to us.

BUYER RESPONSIBILITY:
You must pay for your order within 7 days. If you need more time, please send us a message and we will try to accommodate. We will remind you a few days after the order has been placed if payment hasn’t been made. We know Discogs can be confusing sometimes (especially for new s). If you do not pay within 7 days, your order will be cancelled and you will receive negative . We hate doing this and will most likely send multiple messages before day 7, please have email notifications turned on so you don't miss any correspondence.
