All paid orders will be shipped within five days. Please understand that our "shipping department" consists one human being that works as quickly as possible to handle all mail orders. We are not Amazon, nor do we strive to be. We thank you for your patience and understanding.

Our store is open Tuesday - Saturday. If you place an order on Sunday or Monday, please be patient until we return to the store on Tuesday to update your order or answer any questions regarding orders placed or items in our inventory.

We are a physical storefront located in Dayton, Ohio. All of the items listed in our Discogs inventory are also available in the shop. Due to this, please understand that we may occasionally oversell items and will be unable to fulfill your Discogs order. Additionally, because the items in our Discogs store reside in the bins and shelves within our physical store, some items might have light shelf wear due to handling by customers. If you can't handle minor shelf wear/dings on your records, it is probably best to avoid buying from us. Thanks for your understanding.

Although we do not enable the "make an offer" option on items in our store, we are open to reasonable and serious offers. If you are going to make an offer on an item, please do so prior to requesting information about item condition, specifics, etc. Proposing offers this way avoids any wasted time for both the seller and the buyer. If you make an offer after asking for pics/additional info, it is almost guaranteed that you will not be buying any items from us.

Customers located outside of the United States: if placing an order of multiple items outside of the shipping outlines listed above, please for an accurate quote. Not all shipping prices are listed above and we can only ensure an accurate shipping quote if you let us know exactly what items you are interested in purchasing. Additionally, tapes and CDs can be shipped without their cases to lower shipping prices for large orders. With our automated shipping policy, calculated postage costs are not always 100% correct. Buyers will be partially refunded if there are any overcharges associated with shipping invoices. Additionally, due to the inaccuracy of Discogs' automated shipping policies, it is possible that postage will cost more than what the buyer is automatically invoiced for when placing an order, and in this case, we will the buyer with a payment request to cover any additional shipping costs. The only way to be sure of exactly what shipping will cost for your order is to us before placing an order and we will respond with an accurate quote.

Multiple item sets (2xcs, 2xCD, 2xLP, etc.) count as two items or more. Items packaged in non-traditional/oversized packaging may have higher postage costs than noted above.

We are not responsible for lost/stolen/damaged packages. USPS only allows you to file a refund claim if the package is insured. If you would like to purchase insurance for an additional fee, let us know and we will get you a price quote. Priority Mail International or ed mail is usually the best option for international buyers if you would like to have some kind of value insurance or a safe and ensured delivery. ed mail is $16 USD plus normal shipping costs and Priority Mail International quotes can be provided upon request. Feel free to if you have any questions.

We are not responsible for any customs fees or taxes that buyers might incur when receiving their packages. If customs fees or taxes are required according to the guidelines of individual countries, Discogs will collect and remit these taxes automatically and all appropriate documentation of the payment of these taxes are included with the shipment of your item. The actual value of the items in your order will be documented on a commercial receipt included with your order so please do not ask us to falsify the values of items on your order.

Please note that your package will most likely arrive in a reused/recycled mailer or box. Please do not buy from us if this is an issue.

All new/sealed LPs are shipped as-is unless otherwise requested by the buyer. All used LPs are shipped with the vinyl removed from the jacket. If you are buying a new/sealed LP and prefer that we open and remove the vinyl from the jacket prior to shipment, please let us know when placing your order. We are not responsible for split seams incurred during shipment of the item if the new/sealed record is shipped unopened.

Orders are available to picked up in-store at no extra charge. Place your order and notify us when you would like to pick up your order.

It is important that the addresses associated with your Discogs and PayPal s are the same. We match these addresses prior to shipping your order to ensure a correct delivery address. If the addresses are different from one another, please specify which address you would like your order shipped to after placing your order.

***RETURNS/REFUNDS***
If items in your order are damaged/defective or if your order contains a wrong or incorrect item, it may be returned to seller for a full refund if the following conditions are met:

1. For orders placed in the USA, buyers must the seller within 14 days of receipt of order to be eligible for a refund.
2. For orders placed outside of the USA, buyers must the seller within 30 days of receipt of order to be eligible for a refund.
3. Buyers must return items in the condition they were originally sent from the seller.
4. All "new/sealed old stock" items are sold as-is and are non-refundable due to our inability to inspect the media condition on these items prior to sale.

A full refund for the cost of the item and actual USPS Media Mail shipping cost will be sent to the buyer once returned items arrive back to the seller according to the conditions stated above.
