We ship via a 3rd party "Simple Export Rate" This is the lowest cost possible for any international shipment however it does NOT include insurance. If you would like your package to be shipped via USPS w/ insurance you will be invoiced for an additional $10 USD to cover the cost. If you decide not to take this option there will be no refunds or returns and we are not responsible for damaged or missing items.
PLEASE REQUEST INSURANCE IN ORDER NOTES AT THE TIME OF PLACING THE ORDER AND WAIT TO PAY TILL YOUR INVOICE HAS BEEN ADJUSTED.

IMPORT TAXES AND FEES
- if you are assessed additional fees or taxes to receive your package, we are not responsible for those fees and will not accept a return due to refusal to pay.
UPS international charges a high brokerage fee on any international shipments, these fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Discogs Shipping does not correctly invoice due to inconsistencies with the database, It is highly possible if you have multiple items and you are buying internationally the Shipping invoice will need to be corrected, Please wait to pay or do not be surprised for a shipping invoice correction we do our best to keep shipping fair and reasonable. We are not happy about the rate hikes in international shipping either.

If there is any problem with the delivery the buyer is responsible. All issues must be brought to our attention within a week of delivery

When buying CD's no refunds or returns are available due to issues with the Jewel case, As per Discogs Grading scale jewel cases are not subject to being graded.
