Q: How can I get in with you?
A: Please use Discogs messaging, I'll do my best to answer as quick as possible. If you ask for pictures to add your e-mail address.

Q: When will my order be sent?
A: As soon as possible after payment has been received. I try to send at least twice a week.

Q: Is it possible to pick up the records?
A: Yes, if you stop by in Huddinge, located just outside Stockholm.

Q: Is the listed item always 100% correct like the one on Discogs'?
A: I do my very best to find the correct listing/version/release. If I am uncertain a comment will be made in the description of the listed item. If you have any concerns, drop me a message and I'll provide you with all possible information about the item.

Q: The grades, how do you grade the items?
A: I have played through most of the records. Maybe not the full length of all tracks but always for a first impression (dust/noise) but then again more precise if there are visible scratches etc. If you have any questions about a listed item, don't hesitate to me for further details.

Q: Can I return a record?
A: Yes, you can return any record bought from me. You first have to me explaining why you want to return the record. You will then receive a return address and further instructions. Once the record have arrived (in same condition as it was delivered in the first place) and checked the cost of the record will be returned. Please, DO NOT return any records before ing me.
