Jade Recordings is an independent record label and store based in Stockholm, Sweden. Founded in 2024.

Local pick-up available at our store in Stockholm, Sweden by request.

Shipping Rates:



We ship worldwide to a select number of countries. Shipping is based on the quantity of contained records. To find your shipping cost, go to our store inventory, click on 'Ships From' and select your destination country.

We offer both untracked and tracked shipping options. For orders below 500 SEK, untracked shipping is available, but you can choose tracked shipping at checkout if you prefer. Orders exceeding 500 SEK will be shipped with tracking as standard.

If you want to order a large quantity of records, you can ask us to adjust the shipping cost for greater accuracy before paying. Please note that Discogs shipping calculator provides only an estimate.

Below, you'll find our general and conditions. We kindly ask that you review them before making any purchases with us.



General and Conditions of Jade:



These govern your use of, and purchases from, Jade Recordings on Discogs, the domains jaderecordings.com, and their subdomains, and will be valid for all your future transactions with Jade. By making a purchase from or using the site, you agree to these and conditions.



Order Processing:

Purchases placed on a weekday will be processed within 48 hours of the next business day. Purchases placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed within 48 hours of the next business day. All orders will then be dispatched within 1-3 working days. In the case of any delay in processing or dispatching times, you will be notified by email.



We use fully tracked shipping methods, allowing you to check the status of your package at any time using the link in the shipping notification.

All PayPal payments need to be made with an using the same shipping details that you provided through Discogs. If a PayPal payment is made with the wrong address, a refund will be issued upon request, minus the PayPal fee.



Please be aware that we sell our stock from our physical stores. While we try to keep everything updated daily, stock is also sold in-store, which can result in our listings not always being updated in time, and some items may not be available. In the event that a sold-out item has been purchased, or a product has been listed at the incorrect price or with incorrect descriptive information or image due to a typographical error or similar genuine mistake, Jade reserves the right to cancel the transaction. You will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered either a suitable replacement or a full refund. For cancellations at the buyer's request, the refunded amount excludes PayPal fees.

Newsletter Subscription:



When you place an order, you will be automatically subscribed to our Discogs-related newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time by following the link in the newsletter labeled "Unsubscribe and manage preferences".



Combined Shipping:



To save on shipping costs, buyers should consolidate their orders by including all items in a single order. If multiple orders are placed, it is the buyer's responsibility to request a merge of these orders. We may send multiple packages for a single order due to various reasons, such as reaching the maximum package weight limit or temporary unavailability of items in larger orders.



Trading:



We can only offer trades on our products in-store. We do not offer any discounts or deals on our online inventory.


Taxes & Duties:



Within the European Union, orders are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all taxes and duties are included in the final price.



Outside the European Union, all orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. This means that duties and import taxes for your order are paid upon delivery, as levied by your local customs authority or the shipping carrier used.



Jade does not cover any taxes, duties, or related charges. It is solely the responsibility of the customer to pay these fees. If you refuse to pay for customs and the package is returned to us, we cannot refund you for the shipping costs.



Returns & Exchanges:



Please us if you wish to return an item. Items purchased through pre-order cannot be returned as they are made to order. Any defective, damaged, or incorrectly sent items must be reported and returned to us within 14 days of receipt or, if applicable, within 14 days of receiving return instructions. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.



To initiate a return, your items must meet the following conditions:



- Items must be returned in the same condition and original packaging as received.
- Sealed items must remain sealed; no refunds can be issued once the seal is broken. By breaking the seal upon receipt, you accept the item and waive the right to return it.

The buyer is responsible for the shipping fees for the return. All packages should be insured and have a tracking number.
Jade reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with our policy. Returns not meeting our policy may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion. If returned items are damaged or in a different condition from when they were sent, a partial refund may be issued. We are not responsible for refunds if returned packages are not received or sent without a tracking code.



Upon receiving the returned item, we inspect it before processing the refund. Once inspection is ed, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. You will receive a refund notification once the process is complete. Please note that your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund to your .



We currently do not offer exchanges. We kindly ask that you return the original merchandise for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Not Claimed/Refused Packages:



Packages returned to us as "not claimed/refused" can be resent at the buyer's expense. If the buyer has no interest in reshipping, they will be refunded the price of the item(s) included in the order, minus the original shipping cost.



Damaged/Lost Packages:


Jade takes all possible precautions to package goods securely, but is not responsible for items damaged during transit by the postal system. If a package appears wet, damaged, or otherwise compromised, please do not accept it. The package will be returned to us at no extra cost to you, facilitating our insurance claim process.



Damaged parcels are eligible for a full or partial refund if the following conditions are met:



- Clear photographs of the damaged original packaging and item(s) are provided. We cannot accept images of packaging other than the original.
- The package must have a valid barcode corresponding to shipments with a track & trace code and/or ed shipping.


- The damaged item(s) must be returned to us.



Please be aware that this process may take some time to complete. Return shipping costs will not be refunded.



Disputes:



We will resolve any issues or disputes directly with the buyer. This policy aims to encourage a fair resolution between the buyer and seller. Therefore, it is crucial to resolve any issues or disputes directly with us through Discogs. Please note that return costs will not be refunded if the buyer chooses to escalate the matter to a PayPal case.

All personal information saved on the site will be handled with the utmost care. Jade treats all personal information as confidential and it will not be sold or used for any purposes other than to process and fulfill your order and ensure the best service possible.
Your personal data may only be disclosed to third parties when necessary to fulfill the purposes described above. You have the right to request access to your data, and if there are any inaccuracies, you may request changes or removal. If needed, please send us an email clearly stating your name, email address, and a brief description of the matter.
