buyer pays for shipping AND handling. Shipping price is per record, not title. shipping for 1st record/CD/cassette is $6 Media/$12 Priority/$24 Canada/$24 Worldwide. Each extra record - NOT TITLE - is $1 within USA and $3 outside USA. (This means a double LP will cost $7 Media/$13 Priority/$27 Canada/$27 Worldwide.) Box Sets may be more if they are oversized. INTERNATIONAL BUYERS, If a package is more than 4 lbs, international shipping must be sent priority, which is way more expensive. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS OVER 4 LBS ARE SUBJECT TO ADDITIONAL SHIPPING FEES. Also, if buyer intends to order multiples of the same title, please seller first. Typically, seller will not sell multiples of the same title. INTERNATIONAL BUYERS, be aware that seller tells the truth on customs forms. SELLER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOCAL TAXES BUYER MAY INCUR FROM LOCAL GOVERNMENT. If buyer is angry about VAT or customs tax, please direct your ire towards the community in which you reside. Residents of Brazil and Ukraine please note that it is difficult for packages to enter your country. Buyers from those two countries must state within order page that they are willing to take the risk. (Brazilian buyers must include F or CNPJ number upon placing order.) Also, Mexican residents must supply a recipient tax ID.
Orders are considered paid when Discogs changes the status to Payment Received. (paying outside of Discogs checkout is not an option.) Buyer is expected to pay immediately for all orders. If buyer does not pay immediately for non-RSD order, then buyer must immediately send message to discuss payment plan. Non-RSD orders may be cancelled as “per buyer’s request” if buyer doesn’t communicate or pay for item within 24 hours of Invoice Sent. For RSD orders placed on RSD weekend, buyer fully understands that order will not be canceled upon request. (PLEASE do not send a message requesting cancellation because you procured the record elsewhere or you ran out of money or someone somewhere was in an emergency or even a death in the family etc… By holding and then bailing on a record you manage to hinder - not help - a record store on RSD weekend. it's such a dick move.) At seller's discretion RSD orders on RSD weekend may be cancelled (as buyer's request) IF 1.) payment not received within 30 minutes OR 2.) payment not received within 30 minutes of accepted offer. Buyers, be aware that Paid orders cannot be combined with other orders, especially the week after RSD. Local buyers, be aware that by placing an order you are still agreeing to these same . Seller may not be able to hold orders for pickup, especially the week after RSD. After RSD weekend - the following Monday at noon EST to be precise - new RSD titles follow the same rules as non-RSD records.
Offers received may take up to 5 days to be accepted/declined. If potential buyer's offer is time sensitive, then they must send message BEFORE acceptance. Accepted offers will NOT be cancelled. PLEASE do not send a message asking if seller will accept a certain offer. If an item is marked as 'Make An Offer', then send your BEST offer. (You get one chance. If declined, then the item is full price. Let it be known that any that complains about a declined offer is a 100% chode. s who ask for pics, and then use the opportunity to negotiate via email are also very chodely.) Items not marked as "Make An Offer' are firmly priced and non-negotiable. Seller has 10 business days to ship AFTER payment received (i usually go to the post office once per week.)
If order is set to 'In Progress" then it has been pulled, but not yet packed. As my order count is in the hundreds on (the day after) RSD, It would be nice if RSD buyers could wait a week before asking for updates. Also, as my inbox gets inundated i may not be able to answer any questions until the order is being packed. thx for understanding. FYI, every time (any) seller receives a message, they think something has gone wrong with order. Therefore; seller kindly asks buyer to leave positive comments/reports via positive rather than in a message.
Seller only accepts Paypal payments and ONLY SHIPS TO CONFIRMED PAYPAL ADDRESS. If Paypal address and Discogs address are different, order may be cancelled as "per buyer's request" at seller's discretion. Buyer's Paypal address must be valid according to Shipstation or order may be cancelled as "per buyer's request" at seller's discretion. Buyers must have at least 90% positive , no exceptions.
If sleeve description doesn't state existence of inserts/extras/bonus 45s, then no inserts/extras/bonus 45s are present. If record is not sealed, then seller will ship vinyl outside the sleeve. If record is sealed, then it ships sealed. No exceptions. Seller shall responsibly ship orders in a standard square mailer with inside padding. Buyer absolutely accepts that any dings/bends due to postal transit is not the seller's fault. A ding is defined as any sleeve damage that does not affect the vinyl. (Buyers who state that packing job is unlike every other order they have ever received, please swallow some mouthwash with that chodelicious claim.)
If tracking states that delivery has stalled, domestic buyers agree to wait 30 days for delivery. International buyers agree to wait 60 days for delivery. While seller is willing to assist, Buyer understands that there is no magical phone number that the seller can call that will expedite the package's delivery. If tracking states that package is not in US possession, than International buyers understand that they will have better luck ing a representative from their country's own postal service than the seller will from a foreign land.
If buyer has any for seller, those must be addressed at time of order placement. If seller can not or does not agree to those buyer , then buyer agrees that order can be cancelled (as "buyer wishes to cancel this transaction") at seller's discretion. If buyer does not request or state at time of order placement, then buyer is 100% bound to stated Seller and absolutely agrees not to argue against seller no matter the circumstance. BUYER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED MORE THAN 30 DAYS AFTER TRACKED DELIVERY. If buyer is unavailable to inspect package within 30 days of tracked delivery, then buyer must inform seller at time of order placement, at which point seller will revise schedule or cancel order. BUYER ABSOLUTELY AGREES THAT PRIOR DISCOGS ORDERS WITH OTHER SELLERS HAVE NO BEARING IN REGARD TO THE SELLER OF THIS ORDER. (Any buyer who does use prior orders in an argument agrees that they direly wish to move to Choderitaville.) Any buyer who instigates a problem more than 30 days after tracked delivery readily acknowledges that they waited too long and are shit out of luck.
If any problems arise during a transaction seller will work with the buyer to the best of ability, but SELLER DOES NOT OFFER PARTIAL REFUND IF BUYER IS UNSATISFIED WITH CONDITION. Both buyer and seller understand that there is a measure of subjectivity to record grading, so will not immediately question each other's integrity right out of the gate. (We can at least wait a few messages before coming to that determination.) If buyer is unhappy with non-RSD order, then it may be eligible for return within 30 days of tracked delivery at seller's discretion. Buyer readily acknowledges they - the buyer - have the capability to mail a return package. (Seller advises any buyer who claims they are unable to return a package to buy a non-stop ticket to Chodemandu. Additionally, any buyer that fervently disagrees with vinyl condition and yet refuses to return a package shall be anointed Sir Chodelot.) Buyer agrees that Seller can dictate amount of shipping refund. (International buyers, be aware that you may be on the hook for return shipping. Again, buyers from Brazil, Mexico and Ukraine understand that package entry is difficult to those countries and that a refund will not be issued until the order is literally back in seller's possession.) Refund will be issued once the same item is literally back in seller's hands. If buyer purchases sealed record, it MUST remain sealed in order to qualify for return. Buyer agrees to wait at least 24 hours after tracked return delivery to inquire about refund status.
If Postal Service/courier deems the package undeliverable and it is returned to sender, then item(s) refund will be issued after order/package is (literally) back in seller's hands. In these instances, seller will determine if shipping refund will also be issued on a case by case basis. Buyer fully acknowledges and understands this stipulation.
For the love of almighty Bajeebus, NO REFUNDS FOR RSD ITEMS PURCHASED ON RSD WEEKEND. RSD buyers, be aware that prices on many RSD titles substantially drop as soon as different sellers start to undercut each other. At moment of placing order and sending payment, the buyer has committed to honor their end of the deal, and in return the seller will pack, ship and supply tracking information in a timely manner, usually within 3-5 days. Buyers who read this and STILL request refund, this seller term exists specifically for you. There are no other alternatives no matter what situation presents itself.

Day 1 about 8am until about noon: RSD titles available in our online Discogs store at double the wholesale rate. If buyer purchases during this timeframe, they acknowledge and accept above retail rates.
Day 1 after about noon: RSD titles available in our online Discogs store at regular retail rates. If online buyer purchases during this timeframe, they acknowledge and accept retail rates.
Day 2 after about noon: RSD titles available at (slightly above) wholesale rate.
