Automatic Cancellation Policy: Orders will be cancelled if payment is not received within 4 days.

Discogs stipulates payment is by PayPal only.
If payment is not received within 4 days for an order that you have placed, negative is left automatically, and your is blocked from future orders. If you have been unable to complete the purchase for simple reasons such as illness, holiday, forgot etc, then as long as the item is still for sale I will always be happy to accept payment, remove the negative , unblock you and ship your order; no foul :)
If you want to cancel an order that you have already paid for I may be able to stop the shipment and refund you. However, you should be aware that PayPal's policy is for them to keep the transaction fee when processing refunds, so this will not be returned as part of your refund.
Shipping:
1. I will always ship items within 3 days of payment, usually same\next day.
2. I can only send items to your Paypal Confirmed address. This is an address that is confirmed as being the same address ed with your credit card\bank .
3. a. For all items I get a Certificate (Proof) of Posting from the Royal Mail, which confirms the item has been posted and insures up to £20.
b. For items with a value of more than £20 they will be sent using Signed For (recorded) delivery.
c. All items will be sent 2nd Class. I can send via different services, if desired, and at cost.
4. I do my best to pack all items safely and securely, as I'd wish to receive them. This includes removing records from their sleeves to prevent seam splits in transit. I won't do this however for sealed items unless you ask me to. 12"s and LPs are shipped in MusicoMax cruciform mailers, which are more like a slim box, and always with at least 1 thick, oversize cardboard stiffener.
If you need additional packaging please get in so we can work it out. I can add additional corner protection free of charge.
On the rare occasion that an item is damaged in the post I will be expecting compensation to come from the Royal Mail and I will chase that up with them. Please keep any damaged packaging and, where damage to the package is OBVIOUSLY visible, please inform the delivery person at the time and get them to witness you receiving the package with CONTENTS UNCHECKED. Out of 3000+ items sent I have had very few issues. If and when required, I will pay return shipping where the item is damaged or faulty.
