In general, orders will be shipped within 5 working days once payment has been received.

Keep in mind that we can not exactly control how long delivery will take.

Whenever multiple shipping options are available at checkout, it is the buyer's responsibility to select the shipping method that better suits his location or preference.

We will NOT be able to provide any tracking information about your shipment if you have not selected a shipping method which includes tracking, nor take responsibility for lost parcels when the selected shipping method does not include tracking.

Although we always do our best to ensure a secure delivery of your order, we can not take any responsibility for damages incurred in transit.

Orders containing multiple items may be split in multiple shipments to optimize shipping costs or to ensure secure packaging conditions in order to prevent damages.

If you have ANY special requests regarding your order or any specific preferences, these must be checked with us BEFORE your order is placed.

For CD pressings released in jewelcase format, shipping without jewelcases can be arranged to reduce postage costs - feel free to ask.

We have now implemented automatic shipping policies on our listings, following Discogs' decision to make this mandatory on October 1st, 2020.

The automatic shipping policies should display the shipping costs for each listing according to your location, and should also calculate the costs for the different shipping methods available at checkout on multiple item orders.

Although we have made our best efforts for the automatic shipping policies to reflect the correct shipping rates, it is possible that the estimate shipping cost that Discogs shows for your order will not be accurate, especially for multiple items or unusual formats.

For the time being, we should still be able to issue an invoice with the exact shipping costs so we encourage buyers to us before completing payment to request an accurate total if your order includes multiple items.

Unless otherwise stated, all items listed are in mint condition (brand new and unplayed), and in stock (ready to ship). We generally do not sell second hand / used items.

Please note that not all items are sealed as they are not always provided that way by the supplier / label.

Sealed / shrinkwrapped vinyls may be open to vinyl colour whenever multiple versions exist since it is often impossible to determine this in any other way.

Most of the CDs are sealed and therefore it is impossible to Matrix/Runout codes.

•••••• RETURNS AND ORDER CANCELLATION POLICIES ••••••

All sales are final.

Items with manufacturing problems or shipped by mistake will be replaced (or refunded if no replacement is available) once the faulty parts or items are returned. No returns or refunds are accepted in any other circumstances.

Any shipments returned due to buyer negligence or postal service failure will be re-shipped at buyer's expenses and will not qualify for any refunds or replacements in case of damage in transit.

A restocking fee of 5% of the order total charged will be deducted from any refunds issued for orders which are cancelled per Buyer's request.
