New Records:
New Records will usually be marked as "New. Unplayed"
Sealed records will most likely be opened to color/pressing.
Do not assume something is sealed.
New Records will be graded as Mint (media); Near Mint (sleeve).
If there is an obvious blemish/corner ding; the sleeve may be marked as VG+ and noted in the listing.

Used Records:
Used records are conservatively graded.
Used records are visually graded (not play graded) In the rare case that something is play graded, we will note this.

We do our best to adhere to what's listed above. But if you have a specific question about the pressing/variant/condition....don't hesitate to ask. We will get back to you, but please be patient.....this is not our full time jobs. You'll get a faster response if you email [email protected]. Questions via Discogs tend to get buried in our inbox.

Shipping:
We pack & ship twice per week. It may take up to 4 days to have your order packed/shipped. We will mark your order status as "Shipped" after it's been dropped off at the post office & send you a message with the tracking number.

We ship to your Paypal address by default. Make sure that your Paypal address is accurate.

Please DO NOT email us asking when your records will be shipped....this bogs down our inbox & actually slows down the shipping process. You WILL receive an email within 4 days. If more than 4 days have ed & you haven't heard from us, feel free to reach out.
Leave us after you get your order, so we know everything got to you safely. Once you leave for us, we'll leave for you.
