Grading

Vinyl
1. All records are visually graded, unless specified in the item description.
2. Pictures of sleeve, inner sleeve and record(s) are available upon request.
3. Audio samples of non-sealed records are available for your review before purchase.
4. Send us a message to request pictures/audio samples. A link to the files will be sent within 72 hours of receipt.

Cassette
1. Cassettes have not been play tested and are visually graded, unless specified in the item description.
2. Cassette cases are not graded as these can be replaced by the buyer.
3. Pictures of the J-Card, and each side of the cassette(s) are available upon request.
4. Audio samples of non-sealed cassettes are available for your review before purchase.
5. Send us a message to request pictures/audio samples. A link to the files will be sent within 72 hours of receipt.

CD
1. All CDs and inserts are visually graded unless specified in the item description. CD Jewel cases are not graded as these can be replaced by the buyer.
2. CDs graded at VG or below are analyzed using Nero Discspeed to test for data integrity. CDs with “Bad” data will not be sold as they could potentially skip.
3. Buyer may request a report of disc scans before purchase by sending us a message. A link to the report will be sent within 72 hours of receipt.

 
Shipping

Outside of Canada
1. All international orders will be shipped with tracking.
2. Insurance may be purchased for an additional fee and must be requested at time of order – do not pay until we update the shipping fee.
3. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, including local taxes and import duty.
4. Items will be shipped to the Paypal address only.

Canadian Residents
1. Shipping quotes for 1-2 CDs or Cassettes is for letter mail shipping, which does not include tracking.
2. Shipping with tracking is available for $12.50 CAD for 1-2 CDs or 1-2 Cassettes.
3. Tracking must be requested at time of order in the comments of the invoice – do not pay until we update the shipping fee.
4. Insurance may be purchased for an additional fee and must be requested at time of order in the comments of the invoice - do not pay until we update the shipping fee.
5. The buyer assumes the risk of an order not arriving should they choose letter mail shipping.

Toronto/GTA Residents
1. Local pickup is available in the following locations:
a. Etobicoke (Highway 401 / Islington Avenue)
b. Downtown Toronto (Bay Street /Wellesley Street West)
c. Richmond Hill (Yonge Street /King Road)

1. Payment is accepted for buyers outside of Canada via Paypal

Canadian Residents
1. Canadian residents may purchase items using Paypal or Interac E-Transfer

Refunds
1. It is strongly recommended that buyers take advantage of requesting pictures/audio samples before purchase.
2. Items may be returned if not satisfied within 7 days of receipt in the condition received.
3. Buyer is responsible for return shipping / tracking.
