If your country's customs/post office charge you further tax, that is the buyer's responsibility. If an item is returned due to customs whims, if you'd like it re-sent you need to pay postage a second time.
Note - we do not ship on Sunday's or Monday's. If you order something at the weekend, it'll be posted on Tuesday.

If it's an old record with a push-out centre and there's no mention of it in our description, please ask before purchase if that's important to you
We send things standard postage for records below £20, we will send ed over that amount, unless you ask otherwise. If sent standard postage we do not accept responsibility for loss or damage by Royal Mail for anything valued over £20, and can only offer refunds on loss or damage up to £20 (minus postage costs), sent at your own risk. If concerned, ask for signed for/confirmed.
If the only postage rate available for your order is "Other", either email us or purchase with that selected and we will send you a correct postage cost based on the value of your item(s).
Sealed items - these are sold as seen. We cannot accept returns on new products after you've opened them.
Note: We do not accept returns from overseas orders. If you'd like to return an item (UK only) we do not pay return postage costs due to disagreements over condition, only on faulty product.
