GRADING: I have been doing this for 25+ years and I think I do a very good job — with only a few returns and complaints per year. Please keep in mind that I am not able to play test every record. ALSO, On lower priced records that are VG and lower, I am not going to list every little imperfection.
It is OK if you disagreed with my grading, but please be polite. Starting a message off with “VG my ass” is not a great way for us to work out an issue.
RETURNS: if are unhappy with your purchase I will accept a return. I expect you to package the record back up as you received it. IF you think having to return your purchase to get a refund is completely inconceivable, than I ask you not purchase from me.
I have made mistakes & I will refund completely if this is the case.
INSURANCE: in the past 12 months I have had more packages damaged in shipping than ever before. I would strongly encourage you to purchase insurance on packages over $40. I am no longer able to cover damaged packages. Insurance is $2.50 for $50. I package all items securely but lately things have been really taken a beating.

I try to list all titles as accurately as possibly, but sometimes mistakes can happen, especially with 25 different versions of the same title that some releases have. If you are after a specific matrix # or catalog number or special attribute on a release please double check with me before paying & I will then double check the record.
