SHIPPING CALCULATION AND COSTS
Shipping prices for each item are displayed below the item price. Occasionally, there may be discrepancies in the shipping cost, either being calculated too low or incorrectly at checkout. This is a technical issue, and in such cases, we will inform you of the accurate shipping cost afterward. For further details, please refer to our Seller below regarding shipping.
We manually adjust the shipping costs after the purchase because Discogs only calculates the weight of the purchased items, not the total weight of the package. Additionally, shipping costs are paid in SEK and can fluctuate due to exchange rate variations. Therefore, we correct the shipping costs after the purchase and update your order page accordingly.
For shipments to countries outside the EU, the shipping cost is estimated and confirmed only when we have your delivery address.
If you purchase a CD, it can be shipped without the jewel case for a lower shipping cost. We will manually adjust the shipping charges and send you a new invoice after the purchase.
FREE SHIPPING PROMOTION
Currently, we offer free shipping within Sweden for orders over EUR 150. However, please note that the free shipping applies to a maximum of 10 kilos per package, including packaging.
For example, if your order weighs 15 kilos, you will receive free shipping for 10 kilos, but the shipping for the remaining 5 kilos will be charged.
Important: All shipping costs are double-checked after your order. If there is any discrepancy, we will notify you and update the shipping charges accordingly. When you complete the payment, the total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.
If the 10 kilos limit is exceeded, we will start a new shipping calculation and issue a new invoice for the additional weight, as Discogs does not allow automatic calculations for orders exceeding this limit.
Express shipping refers to ed shipping. All shipments are sent at the buyer’s own risk but are traceable. If you prefer additional insurance for your order, please add 40 USD per shipment for insured delivery. Please notify us immediately after your purchase so we can issue a new invoice with the adjusted shipping cost.
IF YOU PREFER CHEAPER SHIPPING
Cheaper shipping is possible only if you explicitly request it via the message field on the order page. By doing so, you accept that the delivery will be at your own risk. You agree not to file complaints, leave negative , or demand compensation if any issues arise with your goods or delivery.
PACKAGING, SHIPPING, AND DELIVERY
Do not proceed with payment until the shipping cost has been corrected on your order. KC ensures secure packaging and uses ed shipping. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number. You can track your package via PostNord at this link: Track and Trace.
Your items will be sent to the ed address on Discogs. If you want the package sent to a different address, please request this via the message box on the order page. However, this will be done at your own risk.

SHIPPING PRICE CHARTS

We currently offer free shipping in Sweden for orders over 300 USD, with a maximum of 20 kilos per package, including packaging. For orders exceeding this weight, the free shipping applies only to the first 20 kilos, and you will be charged for the remaining weight.

RETURN POLICY AND FEES
If your package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if you fail to collect the package from the post office, we will charge the following fees:

• 60 USD for returns outside Sweden
KC will not be responsible for any items not picked up from the store within 7 days after the purchase is completed, or for packages that could not be delivered due to incorrect address information. In such cases, we reserve the right to relist the item for sale and retain compensation for istration, transport, storage, and return fees. Q: Do you guarantee the condition of Jewel Cases?
A: No, we do not grade or guarantee Jewel Cases. Jewel Cases may have defects such as:
• Tape, labels, stickers, price tags, inscriptions, cracks, scratches, etc.
These cosmetic flaws on the Jewel Case do not entitle you to a complaint or compensation. If you'd like us to replace the Jewel Case before shipping, please notify us at the time of purchase.
Q: Can you guarantee the condition of records in Fair (F) or Poor (P) condition?
A: No. Records in Fair (F) or Poor (P) condition are sold as-is. We do not guarantee their playability, as they may vary from what is listed. We also sell records in various grades (Good, Good+, etc.), and some buyers may be interested in the cover alone. If you'd like to purchase just the cover, please us, and we may offer a discount on shipping.
Q: Are defects like stickers, writings, or information sheets mentioned in the product description?
A: We may not always list every defect, including stickers, markings, or damage to sleeves and inserts. If the condition is important to you, please ask before purchasing. We are not responsible for any issues after the purchase.
