If you have any special shipping requests, please let us know upon ordering and we will do our best to accommodate you. Packages are shipped in reinforced mailers or boxes to all destinations. Records are shipped in plastic sleeves.
Unless noted, most records are play graded which means I played the entire record from start to finish. We offer photos of all used records (sleeve and labels upon request). If you do not ask for the photos before purchasing/shipping, we will not offer full refunds for returned items. There is too much of a risk for further damage when shipping these items back and forth, thus diminishing their quality and value. All open copies are played on a high end turntable and graded accordingly. Feel free to ask any questions about any used records prior to purchasing. Please note that the photos on the Discogs site are for general reference. Please refer to the description to see unique features to the copy being sold.
All issues must be handled within 30 days of receipt of records. Any unpaid orders will be canceled after 10 days for ‘non-payment’ if you have not paid or made other arrangements.

Shipping within the USA is a flat $4.50 rate for Media Mail, regardless of order size (number of items). If you prefer a different method of delivery – let us know. Media Mail is 5-7 business days, or could be longer. Tracking number is provided.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All shipping is based on weight, and records can vary greatly in weight (gatefolds, heavy vinyl, etc.), so shipping rates below are approximates but are subject to change depending on the items. International shipping rates can vary greatly from country to country, so these are only APPROXIMATES, not etched in stone. If you have concerns about shipping costs, us BEFORE you place the order and let us know exactly what items you are ordering. If you place an order first without asking, and then complain about shipping costs, then you are not paying attention!
