All items can ship via Canada Post except packages to the USA will be shipped tracked via USPS Media Mail (includes tracking) through a Canadian shipping broker company that transports packages from here in Toronto to Niagara Falls, NY USA for shipping. All European countries available will ship via a tracked method.

Residents of the cities of TORONTO, OTTAWA, MONTREAL, and VANCOUVER, CALGARY, HALIFAX if your postal code is within the city limits of these cities, you can select a specific shipping option. Buyers with addresses NOT within these city limits please refer to the default shipping option prices (DO NOT select the city named option as your order will not ship until the correct shipping cost for your postal code is paid). We are mail order ONLY. No pick-ups. Payments due within four (4) days of invoice being sent unless otherwise agreed upon. Payments made through Paypal will be shipped to Paypal provided/confirmed address.

Buyer pays shipping (p&p). We offer combined shipping. We use the Canada Post Small Packet service for items weighing 2KG to International locations unless otherwise requested or noted. Tracked service is also available. Shipping prices are calculated based on item(s) weight.

Cancellations
Please Note: If you, the buyer, decide to cancel the transaction after your Paypal payment, but before shipment of item(s), we will honour your cancellation and refund in full less the non-refundable Paypal transaction fee.

Returns
We request that you please us first before returning any items. We will not accept returns if we have not mutually agreed upon the return in advance. We will provide full refund of original purchase price including shipping and any applicable taxes upon receipt of returned item. Please Note: Any postage costs associated with the return of the item(s) will remain the full responsibility of the buyer. We do not offer partial refunds.
