2) a) Order Value over £20.00 minimum Shipping required for U.K. is 1st/2nd Signed For, and for overseas will be either International Tracked, International Signed or International Tracked & Signed.
b) Order Value over £50.00+, minimum Shipping required for U.K. is Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm next day, and for overseas will again be either International Tracked, International Signed or International Tracked & Signed.
c) Insurance ranges for Special Delivery U.K. are £20, £50, £100, £500, £1,000 and £2,500.
d) Insurance ranges for International Tracked/International Signed/International Tracked & Signed are £50 or £250.
e) High value items listings usually have important Note to remind Buyer that specific shipping option/s MUST be chosen before payment made, as helps eliminate the incorrect shipping method being used/paid for. Correct shipping cost used ensures Order is fully covered by insurance to give you and me reassurance/peace of mind which is my priority.

ALL ITEMS SHIPPED WITHIN 1-5 WORKING DAYS OF PAYMENT BEING RECEIVED, usually within 1 day, or even same day in some cases.
PAYPAL & DEBIT/CREDIT CARD are only accepted methods for Buyers.

Payment MUST be made within 24 hours after Order placed. If payment has still not been made within 13 (THIRTEEN) CALENDAR DAYS of issue of Invoice, the Order is likely to be automatically cancelled. The 13 (THIRTEEN) calendar days is not an entitlement for BUYER to wait between 2 (TWO) to 12 (TWELVE) days before paying. BUYER's must respond to SELLER'S messages promptly & if fail to respond within 12 DAYS without a very good valid reason, SELLER has the right to cancel the ORDER & leave negative for BUYER, and no retaliatory negative is allowed per Discogs Guidelines and Policies.

Shipping Costs include/cover: postage/printing/packaging/protection/order processing/handling/time/(travel costs as required - rare). Taxes and VAT/GST are calculated by Discogs as required per Country, and will be shown against the Order. Shipping Costs/Options provided for UK - 1st, 1st Signed-For, 2nd, 2nd Signed-for, or Special Delivery by 1pm next day. (16th June 2023 - Considering adding others to widen Buyer Choices in the future)
Worldwide - International Economy (limited locations), International Standard, International Tracked, International Signed, International Tracked & Signed). Not all options are available for every Order, as are dependent on size/weight/value of Order/Country.

All Parcels/Packages for Records are well packaged with high quality Cardboard stiffeners/buffers/dividers and sometimes bubble-wrap, card, foam & sometimes outer plastic bag for extra protection, and very well taped.
CD's are packed in Card Mailer Envelope Boxess/Cardboard Sandwiches/Jiffy Bag Padded envelopes with plastic bags sometimes used, bubblewrap, A4 plastic pocket sleeves, and very well protected to prevent damage in transit.
Also either "Fragile" tape is used or "Fragile - Please handle with care" Sticker or “Please do not bend” Sticker stuck on. Sometimes translated wording like "Please handle with care/extreme care" is printed on the envelope/package to help ensure arrives safely/in as described condition at final destination, and reference to Discogs Tax details or Customs Declaration as needed. Sometimes both tap and sticker used.
In some rare cases, I also add wording in English or foreign or both like "If undelivered, please return to Sender. Address on reverse." to ensure definitely gets back to me safely.

Recycled packaging of ALL types sometimes used to help help be more eco-friendly/greener.

Large Letter size used for CD's, Cassette Tapes & 7" Records (Vinyls). Small, Medium or Large Parcel/Package for larger Orders (mainly Records (Vinyls) but rarely CD's or Cassette Tapes).

Royal Mail used throughout.

Proof of Postage is obtained for EVERY Order from Post Office (*) I send as proof been posted, and for Tracked/Signed, Tracked, Signed this is obtained automatically anyway, as well as BUYER receiving tracking details and able to track themselves too. Photos taken of all packages, and high value Orders sometimes additional photos where I feel is required (This is MY preference and NOT a Discogs requirement)
* NOTE - Sometimes Post Office Receipts do not list everything, and where this happens very rarely, I cover ourselves by the external photos.
