Reviews
-
This is to my ears a very good pressing - though it does fall short of flawless. Big, boomy soundstage where it needs to be and subtle on the quieter parts like when Emma Stone sings a cappella.
-
Despite a skip at the first seconds of A side, pressing is great. Not a single noise between tracks and a few ones on the more rythmic tracks so not so noticeable. A wonderful soundtrack from Justin Hurwitz. However I regret a black vinyl (even if a blue one exists) and these artworks considering movie aesthetic. Can’t wait for a new release matching it.
-
I'll second the last two comments: back cover is slightly different, vinyl itself sounds good with a little surface noise, no pops or skips
-
I think the vinyl sounds pretty good, but I agree with the previous comments.
Although I deeply cleaned the vinyl with a record cleaning machine, it still has surface noise. -
Edited 3 years agoFortunately, my copy sounds great. But I think I have another press of this. Back cover is little different: text above the barcode another and have three lines. Made in EU. Matrix runout also different.
-
I very much love the soundtrack, but the vinyl is awful. The packaging has a boring design. And even with a good cleaning and a good record player the vinyl skips. Maybe it’s the vinyl, but I’ve also seen other reviews saying the same things.
-
This pressing sucks so much. I don't know who pressed this but the record has TONS of surface noise, clicks and pops. Please avoid.
