This is a fantastic pressing of this album! There are sibilant moments on three tracks; “Vökuró”, “Submarine”, and “Ancestors”. However, they are not very noticeable. The side splits are actually represented differently for the eighth track “Desired Constellation”. On black pressings, it appears after “Submarine” on Side B, but now it appears as the first track on Side C.

    Colour: 9/10
    Pressing Quality: 9/10
    Sound: 9/10
    Overall: 90

(Cleaned with the spinclean, played on the AT LP-120) Wonderful pressing! No surface noise, VERY bassey (was shocked considering how thin the pressing was tbh). It’s mastered very well too! Only conplaint rlly is that theres some minor scratches on sides A and B, but i DID buy it opened and (more than likely) played, so there’s not much I can do about that. I highly recommend adding this pressing to your björk collection

Bought this secondhand and it is full of static, pops and clicks even after cleaning. Another bad pressing in my collection, along with Vespertine..

Both of my discs are a little warped but the vinyl is so thin that I don’t see how that could have really been avoided. I think it sounds better than my black record which is a bit too treble-y causing pretty bad sibilance in spots, however this one is better. Not much surface noise too, so I would recommend!

My copy jumps at song 1-2 of every side lmao. But the songs on the inner sides are great! good bass. Im just very unlucky lmao

Got lucky to nab all the colored versions around the time I started getting into vinyl collecting. I think this is the one that sounds the best. Probably the one that is most affordable still in 2022. And that wine color! Agreee that the discs are dangerously thin, but the bass comes along super nice here. Not crazy about the near invisible ink on the sleeves. Not Bjork’s best music but for sure the most impressive display of her creativity in the artsier second phase of her discography that in my opinion sounds obtuse. Still amazing that this record is virtually acapella.

Anyone else's copy also skips 2/3 times at "Who Is It?"

packaging is really nice and glossy and looks great :) the records are a nice colour but are really really thin? not too upset about that tho since they sound good in most places but a couple of pops and clicks in some places but that’s it! also the label on side B seems to have a miss print? it says there are 4 tracks on that side, those tracks being “Oll Birtan”, “Who is it (Carry My Joy On the Left, Carry My Pain On The Right)”, “Submarine” and “Desired Constellation”. however “Desired Constellation” isn’t on side B and is in fact the first song on side C 🤷‍♂️ not upset about that at all, just thought it should be mentioned

My copy had two labels printed over each other on one side, which wasn’t great, but the sound quality is really nice considering how thin these discs are. Lots of dynamic range.
