The original version has a different sleeve design (painting with four trees on a brownish background).
The original version was released in 1958.

- "Made in England" at bottom
- "RECORDING FIRST PUBLISHED 1958"
- Decca 'Musical Notes' logo on side 1 only
- No speed indication on labels
- Matrix numbers printed upside-down
SLEEVE:
- Front laminated
- 'Half-moon' flipbacks (aka scalloped)
- Triangular "DECCA STEREOPHONIC" logo in a box on front and without a box on back
- Thin spine with no text on it
- No blue border on back
- "Printed in England" on bottom flipback
- "Laminated with 'Clarifoil' made by British Celanese Limited" on bottom flipback
- Printing date on bottom flipback is August 1959 ("8-59")
- Uncredited sleeve notes in English only on back
