one of the best Salsa LPs of all time. "El dia de mi suerte" is a real killer, Hector Lavoe is the best singer, his voice is touching!

Where was this fantastic LP recorded? Latin Sound Studios ? My copy has a 9-minute live version of Guajira Ven as final track

Edited 5 years agoEl Dia De Suerte is maybe the best salsa song ever written. Todo Tiene Su Final is a close second. Calle Luna Calle Sol is another great one ! Only for those three this album is a must have, but everything else is very enjoyable too, so you got not excuse not to buy it.
Need a repress asap -
Start to finish, amazing. I got a beat up sleeve with a worn looking record, but it still plays (sounds) beautiful. Please reissue so I don't wear out my original anytime soon. -
Classic salsa LP a must have for any salsa collector! with Hector Lavoe in vocals and Willie Colón in Trombone. A beautifull record from start to the end!
