Initial copies (this release) came with "Made in England" rubber stamped on the lower rear sleeve and/or with a sticker on the front and/or no mention of country of manufacture at all (on UK copies).
Later copies had the text "made in england" added in small type to the lower rear sleeve, negating the need for the stamp/sticker.
