For anybody from ECM reading this: I will buy this right away, maybe even multiple copies, if it's re-issued on vinyl! I used to watch Youtube versions of these before they were (largely) taken down. Possibly the trio's best album. -

Edited one year agoExcellent album with great virtuoso playing. This is the trio on fire in Japan. This concept was also released on DVD in the mid 00s. The photo on the sleeve dares back to photo sessions for The Cure album by the same trio circa 1990.
There’s a track on the DVD that’s not on here titled “Tonk” and it’s a pity it wasn’t because it’s excellent!
