Edited 2 years agoThis seriously hasn’t been reissued on vinyl in 7 years now? You can’t find a copy on here for under $100. What are we doing here Deicide? Reissue the record on a regular basis and rake in the money! Cmon! It’s a classic album. Why be so stingy with releases. You’re losing money

I getting this when I was 16 and it hit me like a truck. Today, over three decades later and been listening to thousands of other albums, I still like it. It is still like being hit by a truck *constantly* for 30 minutes and I really feel satisfied. They sold their soul for this, no question.

Their only album (except the Amon demo comp) that I would care to own...it's crunchy and brutal. DEAD BY DAAAAAWN!

The best track on this album and by the band was "Oblivious To Evil". As im mainly a fan of dance music, I really enjoyed this track as it actually has a groove! The track is downright danceable! There's very few instances of this in death metal, the only other one I can think of is Cannibal Corpse "Sentenced To Burn" which has a similar groove. I don't think dancing is something death metal artists are thinking about which is a shame.
