I was very excited that one of my favorite albums was back on Vinyl. What a sad experience it turned out to be. After not one, not two but three exchanges I finally gave up and got something else. The crazy thing is that each copy was worse than the last. The first copy only had skips on "All I wanna do" with some considerable surface noise. The second copy had more skips and ridiculous surface noise on the whole album. The third copy literally was peeling on the edges of the vinyl when I took it out. I played it anyways and it started skipping right away. If you happened to get a good copy of this record then you got lucky and I am envious but clearly I am not the only one who had issues with this one.

Vinyl, please! Can't wait any longer. Vinyl, please! Why not yet?

Well her new album that comes out in May is going to be issued on vinyl, I just don't see any reason why her back catalogue(especially Tuesday Night Music Club) shouldn't finally get the vinyl treatment it deserves, fingers crossed it will actually happen one day.
It just seems even more ridiculous that Tuesday Night Music Club has never been released on vinyl when some of the albums singles were originally released on 7inch, then again if it had been released in small quantities back in 1993 can you imagine what insane prices people may be asking for it now?
