Does it sound better than the atrocious Limited Edition Clear vinyl release ? I am not complaining about the pressing quality but really the mastering who is meh and lifeless -
It would've been a perfect pressing if the inner sleeves had better quality. Side C had a couple scratches because of it. Fortunately, that's the only issue. Really frustrated by that. -
Edited 2 days agoI had no idea (!!!) this was a box. Beautiful, beautiful packaging.
The box is thick and glossy, and the quality of all the photos (including the cover) is exceptionally done.
As for the pressing, it is up to modern day standards - hit or miss (classic GZ Media). But when you get a proper copy, I think you will be very satisfied.
GZ Media has come a long way, and are capable (and seemingly trying) of making good product [see also: Frank Ocean’s Blonde reissue].
There’s so much to love here, and the best part? Beautiful music to match. -
My violet copy has 4 ripping sounds that I believe to be non-fill in the first couple of songs. I really hope I can get a decent replacement. People seem to be having better luck with the blue vinyl. -
please don't be a shit pressing, i'm literally BEGGING asthmatic kitty to have quality control for once if only for one of their most successful album releases ever
