beautiful album, but the transitions and full tracks on streaming are just so much better... bit disappointing

The lenticular cover on this one is so much better than the US one! This one actually shifts properly while the US one you can still see the other image despite changing it and it’s also a eyesore to look at, kind of like using the 3d function on a 3ds

Lose My Cool is missing bridge and verse (starts with "Cause in the night I'm sleepless without you")
Angels All Around Me is missing verse 3 (starts with "Let us pray for the children every single day") and outro
ILYSMIH is missing outro with her baby laughing and saying "mommy"
It's really disappointing, considering it's her best body of work and I hope we'll get full songs on deluxe, if she's gonna release it on vinyl

FYI, the packaging is literally the standard version with a lenticular print plastered on it. You can still see the borders of the standard cover around it. If you try to sneak under it, that's indeed the standard cover...

In my opinion, that's a bit disappointing. The idea of the lenticular cover is cool, but the execution is underwhelming to say the least.

The pressing is mostly good. Some distortion on the most centered songs (the ones at the end of each side), but that's what happens when you put more than 20 minutes on each side. This album should have been pressed on two 180g discs, especially at this price. But we just get one 140g disc with 7 tracks on each side.

One other thing to point out is that the order of the tracks differs from the streaming platforms. She probably changed the order after the vinyl were made, but at least we have all the tracks, not like with The Weeknd.

However, as mentionned before by alekxs_ , some tracks are shortened or missing lyrics. Red Moon in Venus had a similar issue with some tracks being slightly different than their streaming counterparts (more or less lyrics and ad libs depending on the songs, one even had a completely different name in the tracklist).

Anyway, a great album (as always with her) that, in my opinion, deserved a higher quality vinyl release... which might happen if she releases a deluxe version in a few months/years.

For anyone who's wondering about if the album is complete on the record: "Heaven is a Home..." is shortened by like 34 seconds at the end when it's transitioning to "Sugar! Honey! Love!". There are mostly no transitions except for "Angels All Around Me..." to "Breeze!". ILYSMIH is missing the audio of her son laughing and saying "Mama" at the end. Obviously to shorten the runtime of almost 51 minutes to make it fit one disk. Otherwise it sounds really good and the packaging is very well done with the booklet, letter and lenticular cover.

Never seen this effect on a cover, but it's very nice. The rest is very beautiful too. The book and card that came with it, the vinyl color. And the album itself is so nice.

Some changes compared to the streaming version like people pointed out. And some pops on mine even after ultrasonic cleaning. But overall a very nice release.
