Edited 4 days agoNo complaints with this pressing. As good as the original if not slightly better -
Unfortunately, this is NOT a good sounding record. The audio is anemic, thin and lacking in bass. The mid range is hollow and the treble is exceedingly bright to the point that listening to the album is fatiguing. My copy is also excessively noisy. The gatefold jacket, booklet, and archival photos are nice but you can't spin these items on your turntable. Overall, disappointing for a 40th anniversary limited edition pressing. I would avoid this record and look for other pressings that sound better. -

Should the latest Japan copy of this edition be considered as a new entry? The pressing is not Japanese, just got an extra insert and OBI....

Edited 10 months agoi have the original. Was at Record bar the day they went on Sale in 1984. This copy is a good celebration of that release! -
