Is it me or does this lack bass? Compared to the blue swirl Billy at 50 pressing its better in every respect but lacks low end body. Then theres the MoFi SACD which has alot more bottom end and gets close in other respects. Neither one of the above ticks all my boxes annoyingly.

Absolutely flawless in every single way. Massive soundstage, tremendous detail — you can even hear the vocal grain in Billy’s voice track. Simply sublime, and has been in constant rotation ever since I purchased it. Buy it while people are selling it for less than $150.

This album is just at the break in my price point for vinyl and I'm not disappointed. Not worth the secondary market prices prior to this repressing. I would suggest for most people with a modest system expectations should stay in check,. For me spending $60.00 is for overall quality because my system, (or possibly my audible processing) will never reach to the level that I've read from other reviewers with high end systems. So this is where I land. Is the quality and sound worth double the price of what most standard new vinyl records sell for, I say absolutely. I think the album sounds terrific but refuse to dive into detail because it's purely subjective. Each individuals system, room acoustics and audible processing is unique to the individual. I am happy with the quality and my audible experience for the money.
        Best!
