I bought this record after hearing the Boxset. I was looking for an English copy as in England copy.
Reluctantly I picked this copy up as I saw this in a Japan LP shop. I bought this clearly on the basis of the reviews given here.
And man, thank you to all of this.
This is amazing!!!!!!
The sonics are 11/10.
Buy this.
No regrets. Probably it has the same stamper of the UK cut.

Edited one year agoMagnificent mastering, a sense of clean air with Japanese pressings. Clear crisp dynamic and bold. Everything vinyl should be and more. Record is flat deathly quiet but also pristine in its quality of jacket and inners. If the vinyl gods smile upon you and you come across this pressing don’t hesitate!! -
Just great! I have it in Mint and it sounds amazing. Open, clear, deep, warm, tight etc. And there is no need to discuss the album - it’s a masterpiece.
Vinyl is absolutely and dead quiet - another Japanese quality proof. -
This album is the reason to collect vinyl for me.
Prime Queen of the eighties: revitalized after Live Aid to put out a super record, leading to the Magic Tour including Wembley and Hungary. The album contains personal favorites such aa Who Wants to Live Forever, A Kind of Magic, One Year of Love… fantastic and iconic content!
And then on this Japanese pressing that sounds sooo good! Warm, dynamic, all you want in vinyl versus any other medium.
For me it checks all the boxes and then I got the awesome obi and quirky Japanese sheet too too to make it even more awesome.
This album is a highlight in my collection.
