Stunning pressing, and the best value for money KOB you can buy. Doing a comparative listening session of all my pressings, and I honestly like this a little bit better than the MoFi 2 x 45. More body and sense of cohesion, everything else is at least as good (resolution, quiet surface, dynamics, harmonic richness, you name it). It's not a surrealistically quiet os my copy of the UHQR (I know many people have had QC issues with that - I'm one of the lucky ones), but it has more "flesh" - the stereo image is a touch narrower and each instrument inside it sounds slightly broader, so there's a touch more of a sense of a band playing together. Zero pops or cracks or other distractions, too. A keeper.

Excellent digital reissue. Dead quiet, great mid, high, and low frequencies. Top shelf jazz LP, superb value for under $25.00

Great album. This was one of my first jazz records i got when i started collecting and its always in line to be played.

Have the KPG mastered version - outstanding for the entry fee. Probably the best price / performance mono release of this title I’ve heard. Recommended.

What does it mean that I bought a new copy of this one that fits the above description but has runouts that are like the recent Mono release ("RKS" "STERLING"), even though it is a Stereo version?? Sounds pretty great, but interested in how it compares with both the KG and non-KG iteration of this Columbia/Legacy release.

I have an original pressing of this album, and to me this one sounds much better. The dynamics are alive and bright. This one is going to be in regular rotation for a longtime to come.

Very nice sound overall, and the vinyl is dead quiet. I thought my stereo was off at first. Great release at a great price.

One of the best sounding records I own. I’ve had it for about 10 years and still sounds as good as when I first opened it. Probably the best value pressing of any album I’ve ever owned.
