Edited 7 months agoBeate Bartel's remix of Beauty Is Truth is an imposter, the bloke clearly doesn't 'get' Propaganda or xPropaganda at all (someone give him a copy of A Secret Wish or something and educate the guy to show him where he went wrong). Other than that...
Utter class. I could even do with ANOTHER LP of this. So much there on the desk to play around, layer around with. Just like the old days of ZTT....third remixes, fourth remix, why not ten?!? We're hungry.
(my only misgiving...Beate Bartel, yeah still annoyed he was allowed near the tapes, whoever he is, I managed to get to the end of his track just to make sure my copy is good, I'll never listen to that track again!)
Pressing? Haven't even washed this one before first play. Quiet. Clean. Balanced in sound. Level on the turntable. Grab a copy while you can (only 1000 made). -

Good solid looking & sounding pressing though a code would have been nice especially at the price point these were selling for.

I assume the US listeners are SOL? What about a CD release?
Also these flippers are absolute dirt bags. -
xPropaganda pressings never disappoint. Vinyl works so well with their music. No unwanted noise or pops and has crisp clear sound. Great balance of vocals to music. Solid and a great listen.
