If you’re like me, you find the cover is irresistibly intriguing and expecting some heavy prog classic.
There is honestly no album I know of which is less deserving of such a superb cover. It’s truly dreadful in every way possible.
I bought this album 35 years ago and was so disappointed. I never listened to it again until today, thinking how some LPs which I used to think were just ok, I now think are fabulous.
Right from the start the feelings of unease came flooding back. I find his voice horrible, the guitar annoying, and the songs as corny as they could be. I’m sure love is mentioned over 500 times. The lyrics are junior school standard.
If you can get this at a decent price, buy it for the cover. Especially the UK uncensored version.
