Mine doesn't click or skip, but it has the same dynamics as streaming while still sounding pretty compressed. I got my copy for pretty cheap and I'd only recommend it if you can too.

Anyone else let down by their “Made in ”/MPO copy? Mine sounds really dull, especially the bass and mids, when compared to streaming off my phone via Apple Music and listening through AirPods.
Didn’t experience any issues with skipping or pops/clicks which is a relief, but I am honestly really disappointed that this press doesn’t sound nearly as full or dynamic compared to just listening off my phone using bluetooth headphones.
I am considering returning my copy and seeking out one of the Mexican presses cut by Chris Bellman. -
I got a « made in » copy without any of the issues described in others comments, plays perfect, without clicks, skips or background noise

Edited 8 months agoSame Issue as other people with Father Time. Skips at Kanye and Drake part. Also Massive skip on Silent Hill, good sound elsewhere.
-
I have a copy where the sides 3 and 4 labels are WAY off center. Side 4 is unplayable as the label literally covers the music. Is this a one off mistake? I don’t see any listings or comments where anyone else says the same thing.

Amazing press that sounds great!🙌 But the innersleeves kills your records. Only problem if you were to replace them is that you have to store the «artwork» sleeves somewhere else. I cant do that to every album that have these types of sleeves
-
I have the Version with the Made in Sticker. No issues here. 1g tracking force and no skipping at all. Also no dust, clicks or pops out of the sleeve. Sounds amazing too.

I’m convinced a lot of the people that complain about pops and clicks don’t actually properly clean their record before playing it. All these new records are always covered in paper, dust etc. Give it a proper wet clean and then see if you’re still getting the issues. There’s always going to be pressing defects but I doubt it’s as high as a lot of the comments on these new releases make it out to be.
Anyways onto this actual release, the sound itself isn’t really amazing. Sounds pretty similar to the digital version if not slightly duller - much like most modern presses. The bottom end doesn’t exactly punch. It’s actually a pretty quiet press, had to crank the volume a bit - there’s a decent amount of music on each side. Disappointing it’s not a gatefold but the inner sleeves are nice I suppose. -
I guess I got lucky because my copy sounds amazing - I have no pressing issues whatsoever, the records are flat & dead quiet,

Bad pressing
Bought the black vinyl “Made in ”. The track “Father Time” was totally unplayable, multiple skips throughout the whole track. Returned it and got a new one with exactly the same issue. The rest of the album was fine.
The music itself is perfect, the vinyl pressing not so much.
