Great album. Horrible pressing. Distortion makes is un-listenable. Should have kept it sealed.

Issues. Wet cleaned and still a ton of surface noise. This is not a record that can have this much noise and still enjoy. For an anniversary pressing… horrible job! My first copy had a huge chunk of wax squished like they hit it on something. Packaging was fine. QQ, step your game up! Will replace when a good pressing comes out. -

Mines still sealed as I have the original on vinyl. Might keep it sealed as I’m worried about all the reviews -
I'm convinced this album is cursed. My original copy sounded so compressed, and this pressing has some pretty bad surface noise :( -
Bought this the day it came out, ran it through the Spin Clean, switched to MOFI inners and then set it aside until last night. Well - it had a ton of surface noise. So upsetting. My original black copy (which I preemptively got rid of) has less noise than this. Disc 2 was also noticeably dished. Beautiful, but a disappointment.

Great record, very inconsistent pressing wrt surface noise. Beneath the noise it sounds like a great pressing, but I went through 3 copies and eventually received a refund from Secretly Story. One had a literal pit that made the record have a LOUD pop. Most just have repetitive scratchiness that plays once per revolution in various spots.
Very disappointing. I hear some got good copies, so I'd say this is inconsistent manufacture. I'd love to buy a tested known good copy. 😔 -
The first copy I received had 2 records with C/D. I luckily got a replacement which had both records.
My sides A and B start with a ton of noise in the right channel but then quiets down after a minute and sounds fantastic. All other sides are dead quiet. Love the sound of this release overall. -
My copy arrived last week. Records are flat and the sound is very good with very little noise. I’m very please and happy to have this in my collection. -
Gave it a brush right out of the box but my copy was dead quiet. Mix sounds great and am stoked this comes with the AIR studio Jagjaguar sessions.
