There’s definitely a lot of surface noise here. No pops or clicks on my copy, but noise is very noticeable on tracks with lower volume (looking at you A1 and A4). Mixing is very good here though, sounds very good if you tune out the noise

Not gonna lie, it´s a very dissapointing pressing. The surface noise on `Getting older` on my pressing is unbelieveable. -
Everything except for side D is perfect. Really disappointed, some skips and pops on NDA otherwise it’s perfect. Love it. -
Clicks decreased significantly after changing my stylus, but there's still a weird buzzing noise on some tracks. At least the mastering is really good.

Edited 11 months agoI've deleted my old review from January 2024 to update:
When I wrote my first review of this vinyl in January 2024, I wrote that the quality was very good but that the surface noise on the song "Getting Older" was loud. I had a suitcase player at the time. I now have an Audio-Technica turntable and after cleaning this vinyl and listening to it, I can say that the surface noise is almost inaudible.
The whole album sound great, however, compared to my other vinyl, this one is rather quiet, I have to turn up the volume to hear properly.
The packaging is great, I like the design of the gatefold and the photos on the inner sleeves.
Overall, I'm very happy with this vinyl of one of my all-time favorite albums, I just wish it was less quiet -
A1 had some surface noise, but nothing absurd. C1 also had some surface noise, a little worse than A1, but it didn't ruin the sound. The title track sounded fine to me. Other than that, a super rich-sounding album! -
Side A and B were great. Got to the second album and side C came with a huge scratch that popped through the first and half of the second song. So disappointing.
