my copy has the black elektra sleeve, and runout indicates J4 not J1 on side two. I think "J1". may be a typo on the contributors behalf. pretty sad mines a reissue!

I bought this record at the WFMU record fair for $15. I wasn’t super familiar with it, but it's an album I’d been meaning to listen to it and seldom see it—so I went for it. Later in the day I realized the price tag read $150 as opposed to the $15 I paid. I was feeling bitter about life that day so I didn’t try to go back and tell person who sold it to me. That was about a year ago. I’m still trying to enjoy owning this record considering the circumstances I acquired it in.

My copy bought in as US import in 1970 or 1971 has CTH in runout side one and on side two. How is it possible to have side 1 pressed at one place and side two at another ? :D
I checked the copy of a friend of mine: it's just the same. How can I sell it as no version here matches mine ? -
Edited 14 years agoWhich of the two 1969 pressings is considered a "first" pressing? Or are the label variations of the Red E just from different plants?
