The Bellman cut is much superior to this. Don’t let anyone fool you otherwise.

This pressing is great! This is my favorite pressing for the album and I think it’s the best. If you love this album, get this pressing if you can!

Bought this EU original as a direct replacement for the US original. The US one sounds dull in comparison to this EU pressing. Most of the early Foo records like S/T and One by One had a better EU/UK release on vinyl than in the US. This release is really an exciting listen with a perfect balanced vinyl mastering job.

If you want the best sounding version of this album, get the reissue by Chris Bellman. Nothing can better that beast!

Back in the day when the Foo Fighters wrote good tunes instead of government approved rock, this album was top of its game. It's a bagful of festival anthems accompanied by some seriously exciting wanderings. Sadly it was the last instalment in a fabulous chapter before fame overtook the talent and the songwriting drive changed down a gear. This Special Edition is a fabulous pressing, exceedingly quiet, with enjoyable stereo presentation. The drum kit miking and mixing is a joy, wonderful separation and detail to each of the cymbals in particular. Can't believe its so expensive on Discogs...
